Responsibilities:
Dealing with customer technical problem requests and requirements; Support in-field operation at customer network; Implementing equipment maintenance work including inspection and rectifications; Reporting to customer.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Rollout/maintenance/technical support of OTT/IPTV/Hybrid TV solutions, CDN solutions; Knowledge: 1. Networking, TCP/IP2. Linux installation/configuration3. DB/SQL operation4. Experience of work with Storages and x86 servers5. Fault-tolerance solutions, clusters6. Scripts (bash/python) (optional)7. Any experience with Big data (optional). Troubleshooting skills.
